Warranty & Returns

All flashlights sold by Leatherman Store carry a 10 year manufacturer’s warranty, while locking knives, multi tools and pruners are guaranteed for 25 years.

You can check the length of warranty that a particular item is sold with by viewing its individual product page.

Leatherman Store will directly replace any item that is found to be damaged or faulty within 7 days of it arriving with the customer.

Should a product develop a fault and become defective outside of the first 7 days of receipt of goods, but still within the first 90 days of ownership, the item will need to be returned to us by the customer at their own expense and a warranty claim will be initiated by us, on your behalf.

Beyond the first 90 days of ownership and throughout the remaining warranty period, all warranty claims will be handled by the UK distributor of Leatherman products and you will need to contact them directly, using the following details:
