We made a promise to Matt B. from California when he bought his first Super Tool that would later be used to fix his broken down Honda CB360 motorcycle on the side of the road. We promised we would be there for Tom R. from Orgeon when he lost his knife on a hunting trip and used his Leatherman instead to dress his very first Elk. And while we didn't exactly know what we were signing up for with Richard E., a pilot in Papua New Guinea, we were happy we could help. He used his Wave after an emergency landing to save the life of a baby that was born with a compromised umbilical cord while en route to the nearest hospital.

See our products aren't merely created to pass tests in our QC department. Orders received by 2pm during weekdays will usually be despatched the same day and orders received from 2pm onwards will usually be despatched the following working day.

Please note that orders with personalised laser engraving do not impact upon or prolong our processing time in any way.

Orders going to UK addresses will be sent using either Royal Mail’s 1st Class service or 1st Class Recorded Signed For service, whilst next day deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service. Orders going to Southern Ireland, Europe and other countries will be sent using Royal Mail’s International Signed For service.

In usual circumstances, standard delivery will be made to UK addresses within 1 to 3 working days of the despatch date whilst next day delivery will be made the next working day (excluding weekends and bank/public holidays) by 1pm. For orders bound for Southern Ireland, Europe and other countries, please allow a minimum of 3 to 7 working days for delivery to be made.

You can cancel goods you have ordered from us (excluding products with personalised laser engraving) for any reason at any time within 14 working days after the day of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

Leatherman Store has in house, state-of-the-art laser engraving machinery, operated by skilled and experienced staff to ensure that your product is engraved with a perfect, striking and everlasting finish.

During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter your chosen text, font and position of where you would like the text to appear. Please note that character limits apply depending on the product and its available laser engraving space.

Additionally, some products can be engraved in one position whilst others can be engraved in more than one position, in which case you will be given the opportunity to choose.

We offer the following variety of font choices and you will be able to preview how each of these look before confirming your final decision:We are able to reproduce lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers and punctuation marks, whilst custom branding for corporate orders are also possible but may carry an artwork setup surcharge.
